Role purpose

As a Senior Buyer Professional Services, you play a pivotal role within their procurement team. You will manage a broad scope of indirect procurement (HR, Marketing, IT, Facility, PPE, Services, Fleet, …). You ensure optimal contracts, cost control, and compliance, while closely collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Analyse market dynamics, identify suitable suppliers, and negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, delivery conditions, service agreements, and framework contracts
Manage the full end to end procurement process
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations) as well as external partners to ensure procurement decisions are fully aligned
Optimize and digitalize P2P processes, monitor relevant KPIs, and report insights to management
Safeguard sustainability and compliance, ensuring all indirect purchases contribute to the company’s sustainability objectives

Profile

Required Skills

Market knowledge in professional services and experience in stakeholder management
Structured working style with strong analytical and planning skills
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
Willingness to occasionally visit suppliers domestically and internationally
Excellent command of Dutch and English
Proficient in MS Office and experienced with our new ERP system Dynamics F&O or another ERP package

Preferred Skills

Master’s degree with experience and market knowledge in indirect spend/professional Services or a Young Potential with strong affinity and interest in the category
Knowledge of sustainable procurement strategies, negotiation & contracting
